Very very bad. Shame on you
Pathetic experience in Kalyan jewellers Koramangala, Bangalore. You sell damaged products and show no respect for customers. I bought a diamond ring from which diamonds fell off within six months. After your store repaired and gave it back to me, within few months again diamonds fell off. Finally I decided to exchange it. But your store manager denied your exchange policy and were very rude to us. As a repeated customer I was expecting much better response from a brand like Kalyan. But it’s sad to see a brand who claims to be big having no customer retention policy or even intention to do it.
